Scholarly and Research Communication

La revue Journal of Scholarly and Research Communication est une nouvelle revue en libre accès traitant des problématiques de production, dissémination et d’usage des savoirs.

SRC is a peer-reviewed, interdisciplinary, Open Access, online journal that publishes original contributions to the understanding of production, dissemination, and usage of knowledge. It emphasizes the dynamics of representation and changing organizational elements, including technologically mediated workflows, ownership, and legal structures. Contributions are welcomed in all media and span formal research and analysis; technical reports and demonstration; commentary, and review.

The inaugural issue of SRC will publish the selected proceedings from the PKP Scholarly Publishing Conference. We would like to invite you to submit a paper based on your presentation for review and possible inclusion.  The submission deadline is September 1, 2009, and papers should be submitted via the Online Submission process for the journal. Please review the author guidelines at: <>.

SRC will be publishing articles on a continuous basis (i.e., as they come in) until each issue is formally closed. So the earlier you submit a paper, the sooner it will appear, following peer review. If you have any questions about the selected proceedings or the SRC, please contact Kevin Stranack or Brian Owen.
